Edit Button Just Spins and Does Not Load Edit Page in Utopian.io

When you go to your profile and click Edit Button just below the Contribution.

It just spins and does not do anything as shown below. It did not gave any Console Error also, might be it did not get the timely response from the Server.

Expected Behaviour

It should open up the Edit page for that particular Contribution.
