Flash Light Making a Difference - Smartphone Photography

So I was just curious to know how flashlight of a mobile phone will make a difference if there is enough light to take pictures. It came out quite well, where we can see visual differences between the two. Though it was an evening where there was no sunlight, that means there would be sight changes though you can hardly find any difference in sunlight.
