On your product development team, which function is the most important player for setting product vision

I was going through the Linkedin, and found out this poll shared by Congnizant

In my opinion technology changes quite often but the core functionality does not change much which means strong design is the key for product engineering.

I am not saying that you do not need technologists because that is equally important, tomorrow if any technology is obsolete then these leaders will come handy to take that strong design as the base and build an awesome technology layer.
