    Payout Cancel Differs in eSteem

    Current Behaviour

    When I am browsing feed in eSteem app and if any post has been declined Payout, I can see a hyphen mark over the payout amount as shown below where the post has been declined payout.

    If I click on the article to read it, I am not able to see the hyphen mark.

    Expected Behaviour

    The expected behaviour should be that both the places should have a hyphen mark over the payout amount.

    Android - Version 6

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Visit the feed on the eSteem App.
    2. Find the post which has declined the payout.
    3. Click on the post and scroll down to the bottom to see the payout amount.
