Healthy Food for Healthy Mind
My question out here is for everyone, have you eaten Healthy Food today. You might have heard about the good all saying "you are what you eat" which means whatever you consume determines the nutrients you are consuming and the impact it will have on your mind.
I am not here for giving my lecture on Healthy food, what should you eat and what not. That's none of my business, but I would simply request you to have one healthy meal once a week. As I am having it today
